Players Network Channel: Poker TV On Demand

Poker fans, since the past week, have a poker channel to enjoy, the Players Network, a Video On Demand (VOD) option for the clients of Comcast Digital Cable. The company is advertising Players Network as a gaming channel, however, Poker games and shows are the leading ones.

8 million of houses have access to Comcast and would be able to view the original programmes of Players Network, which includes talk shows, seminaries about poker, entertainment shows about gaming and much more.

According to Michael Berk, CPE for Players Networks, the channel offers something interesting for each type of player. "It doesn't matter if you are searching professional advice before traveling to Vegas, if you wish to learn about the best gambling places or if you just want to learn more about your favorite players; now you have a channel entirely dedicated to you, and the best of it is that you can choose which show you want to see and when you want to see it."
